The Ginger Republic

I, Robert John René Barnes, intend to petition the government to allow gingers from around the world to have their own republic on the isle of Arran (Rum and Eig are secondary possibilities). The sole intention of said republic is to propagate the ginger gene. It is my intention to govern the ginger republic as a benevolent dictator for the good of all gingers. A northern and light hued Pericles, I intend to instigate ginger related architecture and other forms of celebratory ginger culture. This will include a yearly Dionystic festival in which I propagate the dying ginger gene. Various ginger cats will be sacrificed. In our temples we will venerate the ginger gods William Shakespeare, Paul Scholes, and the Tudors in our attempts to reach the highest state of Gingerdom.
