Model house 2, Created by 13th Dude. $242702 Furnished $117024 UnFurnished The house's design was based around a house I had seen on MTV's Cribs which had a classic Greek design to it in which I tried to incorporate towards the house. After completing the house I found it resembled some design features of Italian architecture and modern Ranch styles and so, I dub this house the Italian-Ranch Style. I searched around and found some real houses that slightly resemble the idea; www.sharonirla.com www.essential-architecture.com The house is based around agriculture as seen in the backyard and along the sidewalk with all the plants. As you may have noticed, some beds aren't made. This is because I actually play the game and don't just make houses all the time so my sims tend to.. not clean.. and my maid hadn't cleaned the rooms yet. Because I play the game I also had to take the screenshots in the build/buy mode rather then the edit town mode because I didn't want to evict my sims thats why there is a grid outline in most screenshots. The house is on a 60x60 lot. The house contains; - 4 Bedrooms - 6 Bath - Outdoor Kitchen and Dining area - Study - Television/Entertainment Room - Recreation Room - Inground Pool - 6 Car Garage - Large area for farming (14 sections of 5 x 5 squares) ---------------------------------- The video and audio was used directly through the Sims3 game interface and was saved to my hard drive where it was then uploaded to YouTube.
